SOD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF4, CFAP298, and TTC1. Each is linked with SOD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOD1-to-partner and partner-to-SOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOD1 versus SCAF4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
