SOD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,366 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIO, RBKS, and TTLL12. Each is linked with SOD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOD1-to-partner and partner-to-SOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOD1 versus TRIO in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
