Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and p27_pT157. Each is linked with SOCS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS7-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS7 results are reported.
