SOCS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOCS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF5, NAT8B, and ZNRF4. Each is linked with SOCS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS7-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF5 grouped by SOCS7-low versus SOCS7-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
