Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,104 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOCS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-176P, MIR8064, and HPF1. Each is linked with SOCS6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS6-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-176P grouped by SOCS6-low versus SOCS6-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
