SOCS5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,283 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LPP, TGFB1I1, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with SOCS5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS5-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOCS5 versus LPP in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
