SOCS4

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, EGFR_pY1068, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SOCS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS4-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS4 results are reported.
