Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOCS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,395 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, Double-strand break repair, and Mitotic recombination. Each is linked with SOCS4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS4-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS4 results are reported.
