Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOCS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOCS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORC1, OR1E2, and DMRTB1. Each is linked with SOCS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS4-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MORC1 grouped by SOCS4-low versus SOCS4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
