SOAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXI2, MYMK, and IQCF5. Each is linked with SOAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOAT2-to-partner and partner-to-SOAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXI2 grouped by SOAT2-low versus SOAT2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
