The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNX9 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SNX9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
