Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,457 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC32, VGLL3, and ACTA2. Each is linked with SNX9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX9-to-partner and partner-to-SNX9 results are reported.
