Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNX6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SNX6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, BLCA, and SARC are the cancer types where SNX6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
