Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNX6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SNX6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, LSCC, and GBM are the cancer types where SNX6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
