SNX4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,419 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX7, LRR1, and SLC41A2. Each is linked with SNX4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX4-to-partner and partner-to-SNX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX4 versus SNX7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
