SNX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SNX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX4-to-partner and partner-to-SNX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SNX4-low versus SNX4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
