SNX31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS1, VLDLR, and ABI3BP. Each is linked with SNX31 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX31-to-partner and partner-to-SNX31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX31 versus TNS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX31→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
