SNX30

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,587 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX4, NUP205, and WDR43_S77. Each is linked with SNX30 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX30-to-partner and partner-to-SNX30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX30 versus SNX4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
