The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNX27 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and KIRC are the cancer types where SNX27 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
