Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX27 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX27-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SNX27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX27-to-partner and partner-to-SNX27 results are reported.
