SNX25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,687 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP97, BBS7, and KIAA1109. Each is linked with SNX25 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX25-to-partner and partner-to-SNX25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX25 versus CFAP97 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
