Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX21 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNX21 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SNX21 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX21 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, COAD, and SARC are the cancer types where SNX21 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
