SNX21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,623 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNM1, DNAJC1, and FOXK1. Each is linked with SNX21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX21-to-partner and partner-to-SNX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX21 versus DNM1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
