Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,776 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport, Actin filament depolymerization, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with SNX21 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX21-to-partner and partner-to-SNX21 results are reported.
