SNX20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,648 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAD, BOLA2-SMG1P6, and MIR1203. Each is linked with SNX20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX20-to-partner and partner-to-SNX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAD grouped by SNX20-low versus SNX20-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
