SNX20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXF2, TMEFF2, and JAKMIP1. Each is linked with SNX20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX20-to-partner and partner-to-SNX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXF2 grouped by SNX20-low versus SNX20-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
