SNX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,520 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX5, DMXL1, and MOCS2. Each is linked with SNX2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX2-to-partner and partner-to-SNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
