Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX19P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,719 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX19P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, and Negative regulation of telomere capping. Each is linked with SNX19P3 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX19P3-to-partner and partner-to-SNX19P3 results are reported.
