Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX19P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNX19P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SNX19P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX19P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, PAAD, and OV are the cancer types where SNX19P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
