Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX18P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,677 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNX18P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, RNA methylation, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with SNX18P14 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX18P14-to-partner and partner-to-SNX18P14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by SNX18P14-low versus SNX18P14-high in ESCA.
