SNX12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,519 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZXDA, FBXO5, and LMNB1. Each is linked with SNX12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX12-to-partner and partner-to-SNX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX12 versus ZXDA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
