Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNU13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNU13 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SNU13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNU13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where SNU13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
