Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNU13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,638 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNU13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial translation, Positive regulation of mitochondrial translation, and Cellular response to steroid hormone stimulus. Each is linked with SNU13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNU13-to-partner and partner-to-SNU13 results are reported.
