SNTG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNTG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOG, PSKH2, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with SNTG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNTG1-to-partner and partner-to-SNTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOG grouped by SNTG1-low versus SNTG1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
