SNTB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNTB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,491 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNTB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPGP1, SORBS1, and PDZRN3. Each is linked with SNTB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNTB1-to-partner and partner-to-SNTB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNTB1 versus NCAPGP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
