SNTB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNTB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,565 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNTB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NANS, PPP1R1AP2, and BUB3. Each is linked with SNTB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNTB1-to-partner and partner-to-SNTB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NANS grouped by SNTB1-low versus SNTB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
