Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNTA1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNTA1 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SNTA1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNTA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
STAD, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where SNTA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
