SNRPN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,332 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, DDAH2, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with SNRPN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPN-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPN versus CNRIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
