Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFNG, STAG3L4, and MS4A6A. Each is linked with SNRPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPN-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPN versus MFNG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
