Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,330 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Positive regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of cilium assembly. Each is linked with SNRPN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPN-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPN results are reported.
