The most reproducible SNRPGP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Long-chain fatty-acyl-CoA metabolic process, Regulation of postsynapse organization, and Pyrimidine nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SNRPGP6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPGP6-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPGP6 results are reported.
