Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRPGP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNRPGP6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SNRPGP6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPGP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, KICH, and THCA are the cancer types where SNRPGP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
