SNRPG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,906 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, CDK1, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with SNRPG in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPG-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPG versus RRM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
