Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,183 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are U1 snRNA 3'-end processing, U5 snRNA 3'-end processing, and Meiotic chromosome segregation. Each is linked with SNRPG in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPG-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPG results are reported.
