SNRPF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,737 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUV39H1, TMEM97, and SMC4. Each is linked with SNRPF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPF-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPF versus SUV39H1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
