SNRPF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02563, LINC02079, and LINC02135. Each is linked with SNRPF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPF-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02563 grouped by SNRPF-low versus SNRPF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
