Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRPE Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNRPE data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher SNRPE Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPE expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP and ACC are the cancer types where SNRPE Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
