SNRPE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,851 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf35, CDC73, and DHX9. Each is linked with SNRPE in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPE-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPE versus C1orf35 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
