SNRPE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,748 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, CEACAM3, and IBA57. Each is linked with SNRPE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPE-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPE versus CXCR2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
