SNRPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-378P, DDX52, and NIFKP7. Each is linked with SNRPE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPE-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-378P grouped by SNRPE-low versus SNRPE-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
